Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled by calling customer service only until they time they are shipped.  Once shipped, your order may not be cancelled.

Return Policy

Orders may be returned only if the item is damaged or not not in the condition as stated in the description.  Damaged shipments or other problems should be reported to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Shipping Policy

At this time, shipping is included on all orders.  Orders can only be shipped within the United States.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional surcharge which is clearly reflected in all website pricing.
